Description
Corned Beef Exter 340g is a premium Brazilian corned beef made from finely shredded beef, ideal for cooking, frying, or even eating straight from the can. Despite its name, "corned" doesn’t refer to corn, but to coarse rock salt used to brine the beef brisket. The brisket, taken from the cow’s lower chest, is naturally tough and fatty, which is tenderized through the brining process and slow simmering, resulting in a richly flavored and tender meat. The brine includes sugar and spices like allspice, coriander, pepper, mustard seeds, and bay leaves, which enhance the beef’s taste. Corned Beef Exter can be used in a variety of ways—from breakfast hashes to classic Reuben sandwiches or St. Patrick’s Day meals.
