Deluxe Business BPInds

Description

Biznes Deluxe is a strategic board game focused on property acquisition, management, and financial competition between players. The goal is to accumulate the most wealth by purchasing, renting, mortgaging, and selling properties. Players begin at the “Starting Gate,” with the order decided by a dice roll—the highest roll starts. Each player receives an initial 25,000 rupees in various denominations and a game token, while one player or observer acts as the banker. Players can buy properties when landing on them and pay rent when occupying properties owned by others. Mortgages are available through the bank, though mortgaged properties have limited benefits. The game also includes “Republic” and “Chance” spaces that require players to take specific actions or earn rewards. The winner is the player who remains financially secure after all other players are eliminated.
