Frozen Mixed Fish (CL) 250g

Description

Frozen Mixed Fish (CL) is a frozen fish mix intended for further culinary processing. The combination of different fish in one product allows the mix to be used for preparing many dishes, especially stews, curries, fish soups, rice dishes, and other recipes characteristic of Asian cuisine. Individual pieces may differ in texture, fat content, flavor intensity, and behavior during cooking, which gives the prepared dishes a varied character. The mix can be prepared with the addition of onions, tomatoes, vegetables, chili, garlic, ginger, and spice blends, adjusting the recipe to the chosen culinary style. The product requires proper heat treatment before consumption. Since the name Frozen Mixed Fish does not specify the species composition, specific fish species should not be attributed to the mix without checking the label. Before introducing the product to sale, the full commercial and scientific names of all species contained in the mix, as well as information regarding the fishing area or country of farming, production method, and any glazing, should be verified.
