Fufu is a traditional side dish popular in many African countries, especially West and Central Africa. It is a soft mass prepared from various types of starch, served as an addition to dishes. Fufu Plantain AliBaba is prepared from plantains and potato granules. To prepare fufu, simply add the powder to boiling water and beat until smooth and elastic.
