Pran mustard oil is a traditional, intensely aromatic oil pressed from mustard seeds, known for its characteristic spiciness and warming effect. In Europe, according to regulations, the product is labeled as "for external use only" – ideal for skin and hair care as well as massage. Rich in natural vitamin E and valuable fatty acids, it helps to soften and nourish the epidermis, supports its elasticity and comfort, especially in the cold months when the skin tends to dry out. A warm massage with mustard oil brings a pleasant feeling of warmth, facilitates muscle relaxation after exertion, and improves microcirculation.
