Red Poha Rice Flakes by Aiva are traditional, flattened flakes made from whole grain red rice with a naturally nutty aroma and a slightly pinkish-reddish color. They are made by steaming, drying, and gently pressing the grains, which allows them to cook quickly while retaining their nutritional value. Great for quick breakfasts and dishes in 15 minutes: classic poha with onions, peanuts, and curry leaves, savory upma, crispy chivda, as well as a side for vegetable patties or a base for light salads. How to prepare: rinse in a sieve, spray with water or soak briefly (2–3 min), drain, and then sauté with spices and vegetables; for the "sweet" version, combine with milk (also plant-based), fruits, and honey. Red rice is a source of fiber and minerals, promoting long-lasting satiety and a balanced diet. Storage: in a dry, cool place, in a sealed package.
