Soup Strainer 1318 Besthoff

Description

The Besthoff 1318 soup basket for spices is a practical kitchen accessory designed for cooking spices, herbs, and aromatic additives without the need to fish them out of the dish later. Made of stainless steel, the basket allows you to place bay leaves, peppercorns, allspice, cloves, cardamom, anise, cinnamon, fresh herbs, and other spices inside, which release their aroma into broths, soups, sauces, stews, and marinades during cooking. Small holes allow fluids to flow freely while keeping the spices inside the basket. After cooking, simply remove the basket from the pot, which greatly facilitates the preparation of clear dishes without floating spices. The product is suitable for everyday cooking as well as for preparing broths, stocks, and dishes requiring long cooking times. It is a practical kitchen tool that increases convenience and order during cooking.
