Tamarind Thai Wet Rishta is a thick, sweet and sour paste made from tamarind with an intense, fruity-caramel profile, perfect for Thai curries, pad thai, dipping sauces, marinades, chutneys, and refreshing drinks; it wonderfully balances the heat of chili and the saltiness of fish/soy sauce, giving dishes depth and a distinctive, slightly tangy note. Usage: dissolve 1–2 teaspoons in warm water or add directly to the sauce, adjusting the amount to your preferred acidity; it also works well in fusion cuisine (glazes for roasted vegetables, tofu, wings, BBQ sauces).
