Nina International Yellow Gari Flour, made from cassava tubers, is a traditional West African product. It's nutritious and can be used in snacks and main dishes. The variety in Gari comes from its texture and the addition of palm oil, which gives it a yellow color. In Ghana, the best kind of Gari is judged by its grains. Using only the finest cassava, we have created a product with an exceptional taste and freshness.
