The Rava Dosa Mix MTR preparation mix is a quick way to make ultra-crispy, golden dosa pancakes made with semolina (rava/sooji) and lentils — a classic South Indian breakfast ready in just a few minutes. The carefully composed base yields thin, lace-like pancakes with a subtly nutty profile and crispy edges; just add water (or a little yogurt), spices tempered in ghee/oil (mustard seeds, cumin, curry leaves, chili), and chopped onions or coriander to achieve an authentic taste. Fry on a well-heated, lightly greased pan/tawa, pouring the thin batter in a circular motion; serve immediately hot with sambar, coconut/mint chutney, and potato curry (masala). The mix also works well for mini-dosas and "double crispy" dosas (add a little fat around the edges).
