Description
Lijjat Papad Green Chilli is a thin and crispy Indian wafer, sometimes described as a cracker or flat bread which is made from urad flour with the addition of green chillies. Pappad goes perfectly as an appetizer with various additions, e.g. chopped onion, tomatoes, green chutney; as a healthy snack between meals or as an addition to dishes, e.g. for biryani, pulao or curry. A method of preparing: Deep fry for a few seconds on both sides, or microwave for about 60 seconds.
